Pak Datacom signs MoU with global satellite broadband operator

June 19, 2025 (MLN): Pak Datacom Limited (PSX: PAKD), a pioneer in satellite communication services in Pakistan, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an internationally based broadband satellite services operator.

The agreement follows a successful limited test and trial-based arrangement between the two parties, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The international operator is an established next-generation satellite broadband provider headquartered in the Asia-Pacific region.

This collaboration is in line with Pak Datacom’s long-term vision to expand its digital connectivity footprint in the broadband satellite services market.

The company stated that should any binding agreement or material development arise from this initiative, it will be disclosed to PSX in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
