PSX sets July 27 as delisting date for Shield Corporation

July 23, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has accepted the request for voluntary delisting of Shield Corporation Limited and will delist the company from the exchange with effect from Monday, July 27, 2026, in exercise of powers vested in it under PSX Regulation No. 5.14 and Section 19(5) of the Securities Act, 2015.

Shareholders of the company who wish to avail the share buyback opportunity offered by the Sponsors have been advised to approach Arif Habib Limited, the Purchase Agent for the transaction.

The Purchase Agent and Sponsors of the company have already submitted an undertaking to purchase the remaining shares held by minority shareholders at Rs750 per share, an offer that will remain valid up to July 16, 2027.
