PSX recomposes KMI All Share Islamic Index; 42 companies added, 19 removed

May 29, 2026 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX)
has completed the recomposition of the PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index,
expanding the benchmark to 309 companies following the addition of 42 new
constituents and removal of 19 others.
The recomposed index will take effect from Friday, June 5,
2026.
The recomposition was carried out on the basis of Shariah
status assessments provided by the Exchange's partner Shariah Advisor, using
company accounts as of December 31, 2025, in accordance with the selection
criteria outlined in the KMI All Share Index brochure.
