July 10, 2026 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) ended Friday's session in positive territory, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index extending its gains as improving investor sentiment and strength in banking stocks outweighed lingering geopolitical concerns.
Market participants remained cautiously optimistic as oil prices traded largely flat, with investors balancing geopolitical risks in the Middle East against ongoing diplomatic efforts surrounding the U.S.-Iran conflict.
The relatively stable crude market eased concerns over an immediate escalation in global energy prices, encouraging selective buying across key sectors.
