PSO signs sale purchase agreement with OQT for petroleum supplies

October 09, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSX:PSO) has signed a Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) with OQ Trading Limited (OQT) for the supply of petroleum products.

The agreement was signed on October 8, 2026, after formal approval from PSO’s Board of Management and the Federal Cabinet.

The SPA follows an Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) between Pakistan and the Sultanate of Oman, signed on May 14, 2018.

Under the IGA, OQT, formerly Oman Trading International Limited, was nominated on behalf of Oman, while PSO was nominated on behalf of the Government of Pakistan. PSO then worked with OQT to finalise the draft SPA.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
