PIOC book closure starts January 27

January 13, 2026 (MLN): Pioneer Cement Limited (PSX: PIOC) share transfer books will remain closed from January 27 to February 2, 2026, for the purpose of determining eligibility for the public offer by Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited, according to the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

The offer, managed by Next Capital Limited, is for the acquisition of up to 26,623,096 shares, representing approximately 11.72% of Pioneer Cement’s issued share capital.
