PICT discloses offshore ownership change

March 27, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan International Container (PSX:PICT) has disclosed that ICTSI Ltd. (Bermuda) has transferred its shareholding in InnoVest Mauritius Limited to Sea Link Group Ltd (Seychelles), in a transaction taking place at the level of foreign holding entities.

InnoVest Mauritius Limited holds a substantial stake in PICT.

The deal, however, does not involve PICT directly as a party to the transaction.

PICT stated it will continue to keep the Exchange informed of any further material developments related to this matter.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
