National Savings Schemes see around Rs22bn inflow in Nov

January 06, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan's National Savings Schemes recorded net inflows of Rs21.8 billion in November 2025, which marks a decline from the previous month, according to State Bank of Pakistan data.
Monthly figures show that Regular Income Certificates (RIC)
attracted Rs5.27bn, remaining the top performer, while Special Savings
Certificates (SSC) posted net inflows of Rs961 million, continuing their
positive trajectory albeit at a slower pace.
Defence Savings Certificates (DSC) remained in negative
territory with net outflows of Rs710m, while prize bonds added Rs1.45bn in
inflows.
The continued slowdown reflects reduced reliance on expensive domestic debt amid easing inflation and improving external account position.
