National Foods DMCC rebrands to National Foods FZCO

February 12, 2026 (MLN): National Foods Limited (PSX: NATF) stated that its wholly owned subsidiary, National Foods DMCC, has been renamed as National Foods FZCO following approval from the DMCC Authority, United Arab Emirates.

The change became effective from February 03, 2026, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The company clarified that the renaming is limited to the corporate name of the subsidiary and does not affect the shareholding structure, management, operational control, business activities, or financial position of National Foods Limited.
