Najd Gateway moves to take 84.51% of Samba Bank

March 03, 2026 (MLN): Najd Gateway Holding Company moves to acquire approximately 84.51% of the ordinary shares of Samba Bank Limited.

An Addendum to the Public Announcement of Intention clarifies that the Authorized, Issued, Paid-up, or Contributed Capital of the Acquirer was omitted from the original announcement published on February 20, 2026, in newspapers.

Arif Habib Limited, Manager to the Offer, confirms the publication of this Addendum to include the missing capital details of Najd Gateway Holding Company for the proposed acquisition and control of Samba Bank Limited.

All other details of the original announcement remain unchanged.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
