Nadeem Nisar crosses 10% shareholding in Sitara Peroxide

November 26, 2025 (MLN): Nadeem Nisar has officially increased his stake in Sitara Peroxide Limited (PSX: SPL), crossing the 10% ownership threshold.
The company was informed through a formal intimation submitted to its company secretary, Mazhar Ali Khan.
According to the disclosure, Nisar now holds 6,223,333 shares, representing 11.29% of the company’s total issued, subscribed, and paid-up shares. The change in shareholding was recorded on November 21, 2025.
The intimation stated that the shareholding adjustment has been completed in accordance with regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other applicable authorities.
The company has been requested to update its records to reflect the change and acknowledge receipt of the notification.
This move positions Nadeem Nisar as a significant shareholder in Sitara Peroxide, potentially influencing future corporate decisions.
