NETSOL transfers 241,828 treasury shares to employees under ESOS

September 17, 2025 (MLN): NETSOL Technologies Limited (PSX:NETSOL) has successfully transferred 241,828 treasury shares to eligible employees under its Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS), as part of its ongoing efforts to align employee interests with shareholder value and promote long-term commitment.

The transaction was authorized through a Special Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on December 31, 2024, according to the company's statement issued today.

Each share was sold at a price of Rs77.84, with the transfer executed directly into the employees' CDC (Central Depository Company) accounts.
