Mitchell’s Fruit Farms sees 40% stake sold to CCL Holding in Rs180/share

October 15, 2025 (MLN): In a significant market move, Syeda Maimanat Mohsin and Syeda Matanat Ghaffar have sold a combined 9.29 million ordinary shares of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited, representing 40.63% of the company’s issued and paid-up capital, to CCL Holding (Private) Limited.
The transaction, executed today via the Negotiated Deal Market (NDM), was conducted at Rs180 per share.
This development was shared by the Company's management through a notification to PSX.
The sale follows the Share Purchase Agreement dated 14 May 2025, which was later amended on 18 July 2025, and was completed after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals and satisfying the conditions outlined in the agreement.
This development marked a major change in the shareholder structure of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms.
