May 12, 2026 (MLN): Millat Tractors Limited's (PSX:MTL) subsidiary has signed a memorandum of understanding with a leading Chinese electric bike manufacturer to assemble, manufacture, and market E-Bikes in Pakistan.

The strategic collaboration marks the group's entry into the electric mobility sector and aligns with the Government of Pakistan's National Electric Vehicle Policy 2025–30.

The company said the MOU is an important step toward expanding its product portfolio and contributing to the country's transition to sustainable transportation.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
