Mari Minerals, MSALABS to set up joint venture assay laboratory

January 30, 2026 (MLN): Mari Energies Limited's (PSX: MARI) wholly owned subsidiary, Mari Minerals (Private) Limited, has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with MSALABS Limited, a Canada-headquartered company, for the establishment and operation of a full-service assay laboratory in Pakistan.

The joint venture is subject to receipt of requisite corporate, regulatory, and governmental approvals.

Under the agreement, a project company will be incorporated with equal shareholding between Mari Minerals and MSALABS, according to the company's statement issued today.

The proposed laboratory will provide comprehensive ISO-Certified minerals testing services, covering all aspects from sample preparation to assaying, to support mining activities in Pakistan.
