Mari Energies secures renewal of Mari D&PL till 2065

August 21, 2026 (MLN): Mari Energies Limited (PSX:MARI) has secured a renewal of the Mari Development and Production Lease (Mari D&PL) from the Federal Government, extending the lease till November 10, 2065, subject to applicable conditions.

The company informed that the renewal was granted in accordance with the relevant rules, with the lease located in District Ghotki, Sindh Province.

Mari Energies operates Mari D&PL with a 100% working interest, and the extension will allow the company to continue investing in exploration and development activities to sustain and enhance field production, contributing to the country's food and energy security.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
