Maple Leaf Cement explores acquisition of Pioneer Cement shares

November 13, 2025 (MLN): Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (PSX: MLCF)'s Board of Directors has considered the potential acquisition of shares in Pioneer Cement Limited, as per a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The move remains subject to negotiation of commercial terms, completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, a public offer, and receipt of regulatory approvals.

The company said it will keep the Exchange informed of any material progress on the transaction.

Next Capital Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the Offer and will handle all legal and procedural requirements related to the public announcement of intention and offer on behalf of MLCF.
