Loads Limited rights offer hits 47.76% at Rs12.5

February 16, 2026 (MLN): Loads Limited (PSX: LOADS) is offering a 47.761% right issue at Rs12.5 per ordinary share.

Shareholders can subscribe to the right issue through the CDC book entry system within the stipulated time frame.

CDC has introduced an online payment facility through 1Link for right subscription, according to the company's statement issued today.

Investor Account Holders can make payments against the IBill Payment ID printed on the Right Subscription Request via internet banking, ATM, and mobile banking channels of 1Link member banks.

Unpaid right payments can also be made in cash, crossed cheque, demand draft, or pay order credited to "Loads Limited - Right Securities Subscription Account" through all branches of Askari Bank Limited.

Shareholders holding ordinary shares in physical form can renounce their Letter of Rights by depositing into their own CDS Investor or sub-account to a person holding a CDC account.

Physical shareholders and renounces can also receive credit of right shares in book-entry form by providing their CDS investor or sub-account details.

The company has requested approval for the letter of intimation, Letter of Right to physical shareholders, Schedule I information, tentative schedule of right issue, and Right Subscription Request previously submitted.
