LSEFSL amends business scope after NBFC license surrender

September 2, 2026 (MLN): LSE Financial Services Limited (PSX: LSEFSL) has amended the Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association following shareholders’ approval to change the Company’s principal line of business and surrender its NBFC license.
The Company’s new principal line of business will be to
invest in shares, bonds, stocks, units of mutual funds, other securities or
related instruments, and all types of real assets, and to hold or sell such
assets and investments, subject to applicable laws.
The Company will not act as an Investment Company,
Non-Banking Finance Company or Brokerage House, and will not invite deposits
from the public.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to
Exchange.
