LSECL to invest in Smart Metering System Technology

January 22, 2026 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX:LSECL) has decided to invest in a project for the production, assembly, and sale of Smart Metering System Technology through its subsidiary company, LSE Technologies Limited, in conjunction with another joint partner, according to the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

This strategic move marks LSE Capital's entry into the smart metering technology sector, positioning the company to capitalize on the growing demand for advanced energy management solutions.

LSE Capital is licensed as a Modaraba Management company, besides carrying the license to act as a consultant to the issue for the IPOs and corporate finance advisory services.

At the time of writing, LSECL was trading at Rs5.6, up 4.87%.
