LSE SPAC-III applies for listing on PSX Main Board

September 29, 2026 (MLN): LSE SPAC-III Limited has applied for listing on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), with its draft prospectus placed on the exchange website for public comments.

The special purpose acquisition company plans an initial public offering (IPO) of 10 mn ordinary shares with a par value of Rs10 each, to be issued at a fixed price of Rs10 per share.

LSE Capital Limited and KTrade Securities Limited are the joint consultants to the issue.

The draft prospectus has been placed under Clause 3A.(2) of the Public Offering Regulations, 2017, under the caption "Public Comments on Draft Prospectus of LSE SPAC-III Limited".

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
