September 25, 2026 (MLN): LSE SPAC-II Limited (PSX: SPAC2) has acquired 269,000 ordinary shares of M.P. Industries Limited (MPIL) for a total consideration of Rs180 million.

The acquisition was made pursuant to shareholders’ approval obtained at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 19, 2026.

The payment for the investment was made on September 24, 2026.

The company said the investment was made in accordance with shareholders’ approval and in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
