LSE Capital enforces close period on trading

January 12, 2026 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has declared a close period effective January 12, 2026, in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations on price-sensitive information.
The close period will remain in effect until the company
communicates its decision to the PSX.
During this close period, LSE Capital Limited has
implemented strict trading restrictions that prohibit the Board of Directors,
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and executive management from dealing in the
company's shares.
These restrictions apply to both direct and indirect
trading in LSECL shares throughout the duration of the close period, according to the company's filing on PSX revealed today.
