February 06, 2026 (MLN): The Letter of Rights (Right Entitlements) of LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) becomes Central Depository System (CDS) eligible starting Friday, February 6, 2026, according to the latest notice from the Central Depository Company (CDC) of Pakistan.

This development allows the rights entitlements offered to existing shareholders of LSE Capital Limited to be directly incorporated into the CDS, facilitating electronic trading and settlement.

Shareholders and relevant company officials are required to complete the necessary arrangements for a smooth induction of the rights entitlements into the depository system, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The move marks a significant step in enhancing market accessibility and streamlining the handling of rights entitlements for investors in LSE Capital Limited.
