LOTCHEM temporarily halts plant operations due to technical fault

August 8, 2025 (MLN): LOTTE Chemical Pakistan Ltd. (PSX: LOTCHEM) has stated a temporary shutdown of its plant operations following the occurrence of a technical fault, according to the company's statement issued today.

The company confirmed that it has already initiated necessary maintenance and repair activities to resolve the issue.

LOTCHEM is a key player in the local chemical industry and operates one of the largest purified terephthalic acid (PTA) manufacturing plants in the country.
