JS Rental REIT set for PSX listing

April 17, 2026 (MLN): JS Rental REIT has received approval for its public offering from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), allowing investors to participate in rental real estate and earn returns through unit investments.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) continues to witness a steady flow of new listings, reflecting growing interest among investors, particularly in the real estate investment trust (REIT) sector, as more investment avenues open in the market, according to a press release issued.

JS Rental REIT is the ninth listing on the PSX in the current fiscal year and the third REIT listed during the same period. With this addition, the total number of REIT schemes on the exchange will increase to six.

The offering will be conducted under a fixed-price mechanism, with 53.6 million units available for subscription, 25% of total units.

The SECP further noted that the REIT is being managed by JS Investments Limited.
