Itanz moves from textiles to tech

February 3, 2026 (MLN): Itanz Technologies Limited (PSX: ITANZ), formerly Zahur Cotton Mills Limited (ZHCM), will change its sector on the Pakistan Stock Exchange from Textile Composite to Technology & Communication, effective Friday, February 6, 2026.

The sector change follows the company’s shift in its principal line of business, according to the notice issued by PSX.

ITANZ has urged shareholders holding physical shares to convert them into book-entry form through the Central Depository Company or a PSX broker.

The conversion allows instant trading, secure ownership, and immediate receipt of dividends, bonuses, and other entitlements, as trading of physical certificates is no longer permitted.
