Intermarket Securities Limited expands with AFT Japan Private Limited

March 31, 2026 (MLN): Intermarket Securities Limited (PSX: IMS) has completed the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary under the name AFT Japan (Private) Limited.
The subsidiary was successfully registered with the
available name following prior approval for its establishment, according to the
company's statement
issued today.
This strategic development enhances Intermarket Securities
Limited’s regional growth capabilities and allowing the company to operate
under the new entity, AFT Japan (Private) Limited.
The move shows the company’s ongoing focus on expanding its market footprint and leveraging growth opportunities across Asia.
