Interloop approves Rs6.5bn investment in Apparel, Hosiery

October 23, 2026 (MLN): Interloop Limited (PSX: ILP) has approved an additional capital expenditure (CAPEX) and Balancing, Modernization and Replacement (BMR) budget of Rs6.5 billion across its Apparel and Hosiery segments.

The approval was granted by the company's Board of Directors at a meeting held on October 22, 2026, at Khurrianwala, Faisalabad.

The approved investment aims to expand production capabilities, enhance manufacturing capacity, and modernize existing facilities to strengthen operational efficiency, support future business growth, and meet evolving customer demand.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
