June 12, 2026 (MLN): Ideal Spinning Mills Limited (PSX: IDSM) has changed its name to Ideal Dynamics Limited, effective June 11, 2026, following approval from shareholders and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The change became effective upon issuance of a revised Certificate of Incorporation by SECP.

The company will continue to operate as the same legal entity, with all existing rights, obligations, contracts, approvals, registrations, and liabilities remaining unaffected.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
