IHC clears DHPL, Cyan merger into Dawood Lawrencepur

February 19, 2026 (MLN): The Islamabad High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of DH Partners Limited (DHPL) and Cyan Limited with and into Dawood Lawrencepur Limited (DLL).

The court’s order paves the way for the merger of DHPL and Cyan into Dawood Lawrencepur Limited under the approved Scheme of Amalgamation.

The company will update the Exchange regarding the completion of post-sanction procedural requirements as outlined in the Scheme.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
