IDSM to rename itself to Ideal Dynamics Limited

April 30, 2026 (MLN): Ideal Spinning Mills Limited (PSX:IDSM) has received board-level approval for a proposed change of its corporate name to Ideal Dynamics Limited, subject to shareholder and regulatory clearances.

The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on April 30, 2026, approved the name-change proposal, which will now be placed before members at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) slated for May 25, 2026. Shareholders will be asked to pass a Special Resolution to ratify the change.

The company has cited a desire to simplify its name and better align it with its corporate brand identity as the rationale behind the rebranding exercise, according to the company’s filing on PSX.

Final approval of the name change remains contingent on consent from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
