ICBC clarifies it is not in discussion with any financial institution to acquire business

July 9, 2021 (MLN): Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Limited, Karachi Branch ("ICBC") has denied the baseless rumors mongering in the market/financial sector that it is in discussion with a certain financial institution to acquire its business.

ICBC clarified that it is neither in discussion with nor intends to acquire/amalgamate/merge with any other financial institution(s), the public notice issued by ICBC revealed.
