HALEON begins Panadol 500mg manufacturing in Jamshoro

October 30, 2026 (MLN): Haleon Pakistan Limited (PSX:HALEON) has commenced manufacturing of Panadol 500mg tablets at its own facility in Jamshoro, Pakistan.

The company conveyed the development to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in a material information disclosure, filed under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.

It said the start of in-house manufacturing follows its investment in the Jamshoro facility, disclosed on October 13, 2023, to produce the Panadol base portfolio.

The investment was aimed at bringing the latest manufacturing technology to Pakistan and enhancing the company’s production capacity.

As part of the transition, Panadol 500mg tablets made at Jamshoro will carry a new tablet design, with a beacon engraving replacing the existing “Panadol” text engraving.

The company clarified that the change relates to the tablet design only, while the quality and efficacy of the product remain unchanged.

Haleon Pakistan described the start of production as a significant milestone and a major step toward strengthening its in-house manufacturing capabilities and supporting reliable availability of its products for consumers in Pakistan.
