HINOON gets Shariah Screening Compliance Confirmation

June 30, 2026 (MLN): Highnoon Laboratories Limited (PSX:HINOON) has received Shariah Screening Compliance Confirmation from Meezan Bank Limited, which is acting as the company's Shariah Technical Services and Support Provider.

According to the company's statement issued, Highnoon Laboratories Limited said Meezan Bank, after reviewing the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, confirmed that it complies with the applicable quantitative tolerance levels and other conditions prescribed for Shariah screening of securities and companies issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

The Company has been notified as a Shariah Compliant Company in the reconstitution of the PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index.
