HASCOL convenes overdue AGM, submits financials

June 12, 2025 (MLN): Hascol Petroleum Limited (PSX: HASCOL) has now convened its overdue Annual General Meeting (AGM) and transmitted its Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, as notified through PUCARS.

As a result, the non-compliances under PSX Regulations 5.11.1.(b) and (c) have been rectified, as per the notification issued by PSX.

This follows the earlier PSX Notice No. PSX/N-466 dated May 06, 2025, which informed stakeholders of HASCOL's failure to hold its AGM and transmit the required financial statements.

However, despite addressing the above requirements, HASCOL shall remain listed in the Non-Compliant Segment due to the continuous issuance of an adverse opinion by its statutory auditor in its audited report.
