Gold price in Pakistan rises Rs2500 per tola

September 12, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Friday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs386,500 per tola, up Rs2,500.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs331,361 after a gain of Rs2,143, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted higher at Rs303,758 per 10-gram.

 

Similarly, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs4,456 per tola (+Rs130) and Rs3,820 per 10-gram (+Rs112).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,647 an ounce, up $16.2 or 0.45% from the previous session.

Gold prices rose on Friday to hover near a record high scaled earlier in the week, as concerns over a weak labour market in the U.S. cemented expectations of multiple interest rate cuts by the end of the year, boosting demand for the yellow metal.
