Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs9,500 per tola

April 09, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs494,662 per tola, down Rs9,500.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs424,092 after a decline of Rs8,145, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs388,765 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs7,884 per tola (-Rs300) and Rs6,759 per 10-gram (-Rs257).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,730 an ounce, up $15.4 or 0.33% from the previous session, as investors weighed ongoing geopolitical risks in the Middle East alongside upcoming U.S. inflation data.
