Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs900 per tola

July 17, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs355,100 per tola, down Rs900.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs304,441 after a decline of Rs771, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs279,081 per 10-gram.

 

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,964 per tola (-Rs50) and Rs3,398 per 10-gram (-Rs43).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,325 an ounce, down $21.1 or 0.63% from the previous session.

Gold prices eased on Thursday, pressured by a firmer U.S. dollar, as investor worries eased temporarily after President Donald Trump said he did not plan to oust Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell.
