Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs3,000 per tola

April 07, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs488,462 per tola, down Rs3,000.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs418,777 after a decline of Rs2,572, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs383,892 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs7,744 per tola and Rs6,639 per 10-gram.

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,682 an ounce, up $24.4 or 0.52% from the previous session, as investors approached a tense geopolitical deadline. U.S. President Donald Trump had set a timeline for reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
