Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs3,000 per tola

July 16, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs356,000 per tola, down Rs3,000.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs305,212 after a decline of Rs2,572, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs279,787 per 10-gram. 

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs4,014 per tola and Rs3,441 per 10-gram.

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,339 an ounce, up $8.7 or 0.26% from the previous session.

Gold prices edged lower after hitting a three-week high, with attention focused on trade talks and U.S. economic data, while silver climbed to its highest level since September 2011.
