Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs2,400 per tola

September 07, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Monday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs463,136 per tola, down Rs2,400.
Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs397,064 after a decline of Rs2,058, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs363,988 per 10-gram.
Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs7,059 per tola (-Rs39) and Rs6,051 per 10-gram (-Rs34).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,403 an ounce, down $20.1 or 0.45% from the previous session, weighed down by a stronger-than-expected US jobs report that bolstered expectations of higher interest rates, as investors turned their attention to key US inflation figures due later in the week for further direction on the Federal Reserve's policy stance.
