Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs1,200 per tola

April 22, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs498,962 per tola, down Rs1,200.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs427,779 after a decline of Rs1,029, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs392,145 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs8,324 per tola (-Rs34) and Rs7,136 per 10-gram (-Rs29).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,765 an ounce, up $28 or 0.59% from the previous session, as easing crude oil prices helped calm concerns about rising U.S inflation and the likelihood of prolonged high interest rates
