Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs10,000 per tola

March 04, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs539,962 per tola, down Rs10,000.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs462,930 after a decline of Rs8,573, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs424,367 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs9,004 per tola (+Rs100) and Rs7,719 per 10-gram (+Rs86).

Globally, spot gold traded near $5,173 an ounce, up $48.3 or 0.94% from the previous session, as escalating U.S. Israeli air strikes against Iran and heightened geopolitical uncertainty supported safe-haven demand.
