Gold price edges lower by Rs50 to close at Rs111,750 per tola

June 7, 2021 (MLN): Per tola price of 24- karat gold on Monday witnessed a slight dip of Rs50 to stand at Rs111,750 in the domestic bullion market compared to its previous close at Rs111,800.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 10 gram 24 karat also dropped by Rs42 and was traded at Rs95,808 against its sale at Rs95,766 while the price of ten gram 22 Karat gold stood at Rs87,824.
Whereas per tola price of 24karat silver remained flat at Rs1,500. Similarly, 10-gram silver remained stable at Rs1,286.
In the international market, demand for safe haven scratched by $5 to $1,886 per ounce, while silver was valued at $27.63 per ounce.
