May 18, 2026 (MLN): Gillette Pakistan Limited is to be formally delisted from the Pakistan Stock Exchange effective Tuesday, May 19, 2026, following PSX's acceptance of the company's voluntary delisting request under PSX Regulation No. 5.14 and Section 19(5) of the Securities Act 2015.

Minority shareholders seeking to exit their positions are being offered a buyback of shares by the company's sponsors at Rs700 per share. The offer remains valid until May 10, 2027, giving shareholders ample time to avail the opportunity.

The timeline for the transaction is as follows:

The Purchase Agent and Sponsor have already submitted an undertaking to acquire remaining shares held by minority shareholders at the stipulated price.
