July 06, 2026 (MLN): A petition seeking approval of the Scheme of Compromises, Arrangement and Reconstruction among Ghani Global Holdings Limited (PSX: GGL), G3 REIT Management Limited (G3RMC), G3 Properties (Private) Limited (SPV), and G3 Homes LLP was filed before the Honorable Lahore High Court on June 27, 2026, after completion of requisite formalities.

The Honorable Court, through its order in Civil Original No. 38997 of 2026 dated June 29, 2026, appointed Mr. Muhammad Zahid Sharif, Advocate, High Court, and Mr. Ahmad Shahani, Advocate, High Court, as Joint Chairpersons to supervise the Extraordinary (Special) General Meeting of the shareholders of the Petitioners/Companies for consideration and approval of the proposed Scheme of Arrangement.

Formal notice of the Extraordinary (Special) General Meeting of shareholders of the Company will be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and the Shareholders in due course.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
