Ghani Dairies to debut on PSX Main Board tomorrow

February 18, 2026 (MLN): Ghani Dairies Limited will be listed on the Main Board effective Thursday, February 19, 2026, with trading to commence the same day on a T+1 settlement basis, according to the notice issued by Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) today.

The first settlement will occur on February 20 or February 23, depending on the Ramadan moon sighting.

The company will trade under the symbol “GDL,” assigned by the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited, with transactions cleared through NCCPL and settled via the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.

The opening price has been set at PKR 33 per share following book building, with normal circuit breakers applicable in the Ready Market.

Ghani Dairies’ shares carry a market lot of one share with a face value of PKR 1 and will be quoted in the Food & Personal Care Products sector.

The company’s share registrar is Corplink (Private) Limited, based in Lahore.

PSX also confirmed that, based on its financials and business profile, the company meets Shariah screening criteria and will be included in the exchange’s Islamic all-share benchmark from the date of listing.
