Ghani Chemworld suspends production on export disruption

October 19, 2026 (MLN): Ghani Chemworld Limited (PSX:GCWL)has suspended its production activities because it can no longer fulfil its export orders, citing unrest affecting maritime routes in the Middle East and congestion at ports.

The company conveyed the development to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), filed under the Securities Act, 2015 and the PSX Rule Book.

It said it will inform shareholders through the exchange once production activities resume, and asked PSX to pass the information on to TRE Certificate Holders.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
