April 02, 2026 (MLN): Ghazi Fabrics International Limited (PSX:GFIL) is in the process of negotiating the disposal of its spinning unit machinery.

The Lahore-based textile company cited prevailing economic conditions as the reason it has been unable to secure a single buyer for the entire machinery, prompting it to pursue negotiations with multiple prospective buyers in order to achieve the highest possible value from the disposal.

Ghazi Fabrics is currently finalizing sale agreements for certain machines with various prospective buyers, while retaining full possession and control of all such machinery until complete payment is received.

The company stressed its commitment to maximizing value and said it is making all possible efforts to dispose of the machinery at the best available price.

A full disclosure  including the total amount realized from the sale  will be made once the disposal process is completed and all machinery has been removed from the premises.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
